[Music] and then I unfortunately broke my toe it was a very bad very bad break uh my toe came back a few a centimeter or more um I was I was supposed to be out for two months I was out for almost three to four months at no movement right I had one doctor told me that um I would need surgery cuz I would be in so much pain but now after the cycle I feel no pain at all um able to fully retract my toe with no issue at all um I came with I came into the program with way more issues I had groin issues I had my lower back pain I had very tight ankle it's very very painful um and when I was younger I would have knock knees I would have I would be very un fashion driven on the field I'd be one of the slowest players I could barely move my body very stiff I came in I think with a program it's like 40 adhesions each adhesion was like like more than seven it was it was terrible I was I I did my own F show for like two years my own work how to do it you know I you were with a like almost like a copycat uh person doing the fashion program for almost two years yeah it was it was I was exactly what you said two years maybe more I don't even remember I would do it and after I didn't I I I did see I did see some results but I didn't see the the amount of results I saw when I did the cycle right but but but your falion were still very high no my adhesions never went away um always very high I would be on on andof Cycles because it's like you get after a while you get demotivated you know if you don't see the results like P it takes a long time but if you don't see results after you know four five months you know something have to change um I came in the program with so much pain and I I think I've ended out you know I'm very very happy with how I I came out of the program my back everything subsided subsided a lot I had almost 10 plus years of back pain and I'm almost almost gone and that's that's the best part you know I could I can finally you know play again on the pitch and be happy and I I played yesterday I I had a great practice I I just had a smile on my face you know I can run I can Sprint I can you know I don't have I don't have to you know be suffering in pain and and you know that dream of becoming a pro you know it's it's now it's just became so much brighter and I can feel like it's right there you know I can I'm just very close to it yeah what what is your what is your soccer football coach say about your performance um so I feel like he wasn't I he definitely wasn't expecting this because it's like I feel like La last last year when I before my broken toe I played like two games but yesterday my coach I started in the pre-season and he was like yo I'm very happy to how you're performing and I'm I'm very excited that you know you're really that number that spot that position you know you're really solidifying you keep playing like this and you can really you know go far um I I think I'm a very big piece in his team and I just constant constant more work and I think that's all great great that's that's really good what about the messaging you know on social media like what message actually made sense to you one thing one thing I really like when you say is there's no time for you know there's no time for you know you you live short life you know there's no time to be in pain there's no time to be suffering you know if you're trying to if you're trying to play professional if you're trying to go far your athletic career there's no time you know there's kids out out there you know making their Pro debut at 17 there's no time to you know you got to take action you got to go one two three and you got to you got to take action um I just think that the biggest thing is that gym work and all that mainstream stuff is just the straight you know or that's one thing I just think you know I used to go to the gym and all they created more is more knots more pain and that's that's really it I wasn't more athletic I just be I feel I became slower instead of me doing injury prevention I would get more injuries oh I see got it so what do you feel now on the elevated tall curls because I asked this to everybody like what do you feel now in the elevated tall curls um I do feel both my glutes I do um I still have a lot of work to do I still feel my calves I'm not I'm not 100% glute dominant yet and know it's it's something that's not you know it's not something you can do achieve overnight you know but one more two three months you know something especially for me if who came back from background of a lot of a lot of injures a lot of huses a lot of being not dominant or at all it's just it takes time and um yeah I'm I'm happy I feel I feel glutes I feel my glutes activate I feel my hamstrings I I still feel my calvs and shins but that's just time to come and more work okay great yeah that's good progress right there and and finally how would you describe you know hyper fascia training hftt to someone who has not tried before in your own words it's not easy it's definitely not easy it's also um to get the results it's very mentally challenging um hft I I would complain complain oh i s my adhesions I don't feel my glutes why am I not getting better my back blah blah blah blah and then oh I just I feel like I locked in more on my sleep and then I just I don't even realize when it changed you know I'm now I my adhesion just went away like I don't know just like I they're like I want or two and it just it just went out of nowhere I just think it's very it's very challenging everyone thinks like I feel like f oh you curl your toes on a towel you know H it's not it's not all that there's a lot more behind it than you actually think and yeah very grateful for it [Music]
